A key value proposition of the Innovation School is the fostering of linkages and exchange among participants in the cohort, as they will come from all pillars and sectors of the Dutch health and care system.

To achieve this connectivity, tools will be used to enable participants to regularly engage with each other, with the faculty and with assigned coaches to exchange content and ideas. A suite of social collaboration tools and structured exchanges will be deployed, including:
